List of Fast Growing Vegetables in Containers
Usually, onion takes a minimum of 100 days to grow but there is a kind of onion i.e Green onion, which relatively takes short time to grow. Within 30-40 days, it can be harvested. You can grow a lot of onions at once and use them for later use. Onions are one of the fastest-growing vegetables. Hence, you can go for them and I am sure you will get results soon.
Spinach is a leafy vegetable that grows quickly. It takes 3-4 days to germinate its seeds. After 30-40 days it becomes ready to be plucked.
